Hi Simon & Jadwiga,
It’s been less than a week since my implants were finished and it feels like the past 28 yeas without teeth has disappeared.
Dr Krzysztof Gończowski and Dr Marian Inglot did a great job and I don’t think anyone could ever realise how much my new teeth mean to me.
Your help and support over the past 2 years since I initially enquired has been great and thank you for understanding my concerns and dealing with them on my behalf. The teeth look amazing and the technician’s did a great job to get them ready and meet my time frames.
It’s easy coming to Krakow because it’s one of my favourite European cities and I look forward to my check up in 12 months time.
Thanks again to Kristophe, Marian and all the girls in the clinic for helping to make my unpleasant experience the best that it could be. The results speak for themselves and I’m a very confident woman as a result of my new Implants.

I am the worst patient in the world. Therefore the dentist's have to be very good in order to deal with me. I have always been afraid of dentists and I cannot say enough good things about ComplexMedica and dental travel agency. Price was expensive but in comparison to Irish dentists its so cheap! For anyone needing treatment don't think about it anymore, just ring, make an appointment and go! What you pay for here is excellence . You won't know until you enter the building. First Class... Service with a smile :) .

Everyone was so nice to me on both of my stays in Kraków. All procedures were explained to me very well and all the staff were so nice to me and looked after me very well also. The first time I came, my flight was delayed and so arrived to my appointment late. They still took me no problem. Yes - I would recommend ComplexMedica and dental travel agency to anyone faced with expensive dental treatment in the UK. In my experience the Polish dentists are better qualified and have better equipment than their UK counterparts not to mention that even with flight and accommodation it costs less than half of equivalent treatment in the UK.

After 20 years of neglecting my teeth following a bad dental experience, I decided to get a dental 'overhaul'. I visited my local dentist who advised me of the work required and the cost of the treatment needed. I soon realized that my neglect was going to cost me a pretty penny. After doing research on the net and talking to other 'dental tourists' I soon realized that my treatment costs could be slashed by looking abroad. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, from arranging hotels, taxis waiting at the airport and the overall professionalism of all members of the clinics team, nothing is overlooked. I do not doubt that the same level of attention to detail is available in Ireland but if like me you are looking at value for money, then give Simon and his team a call. The savings are staggering plus you get to stay in one of the most historic cities in Europe and don't forget your MED 2 form to claim tax back on your treatment costs!!

After my initial enquiries I received a prompt and positive reply and was invited for a consultation .My problem was advanced paradontose to the point where I was losing my teeth, on my first visit I felt totally at ease with the very friendly and professional doctors and staff. Due to the advanced condition of my disease they advised total extraction which naturally caused me a lot of anxiety, which in retrospect was totally unfounded . The extraction was painless and over before I knew it . I am now back home with good looking temporary dentures and no pain! I am looking forward to the next visit in a few months to have my first implants and eventually permanent dentures and of course to see the beautiful city of Krakow again. Think patients traveling from abroad and else where should be accommodated near the clinic if there are a lot of appointments. It takes a little while to get to know your way around. The apartments are very nice and very warm. I will certainly be recommending people to come here to Krakow. Thank you all.

I was born in 1949 and have had years of British dentistry old fashions amalgam fillings, limited pain control with rushed needle anesthesia and (in more relent years) eye-watching prices. I found the clinic via a link on a hotel website when I was visiting Krakow. You'll (as I did) the impressive cv's and clear prices. You'll like this clinic: Helpful staff and state of the art equipment allies to excellent dentists such as dr Gończowski and dr Czyżewska. Dr Gończowski conquered pain in a series of six root canal treatments by use of computer controlled anesthesia. Yes – six root canals! And dr Laura (Czyżewska) has just completed mine crowns forme. I'm a convert to Polish dentistry and (like the terminator) ,,I'll be back".

The lady who performed my treatment was patient and very professional. I hope when I need this treatment again I can be treated by her.
I have to say I have never had my teeth this clean and white in my life. I have always had stained teeth no matter what I used. My friends were shocked when they seen my teeth!

I have recently returned from Poland after having extensive dental treatment. I would just like to say that the service was second to none right from the beginning. My trip was well organized and a great success.
The cost of the treatment I required was very reasonable (about one third of the price quoted to me in the UK) the dental hospital itself was the most modern and clean I have ever encountered. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English so could understand and assist with any query.
This dental hospital is perfect for people who are scared or apprehensive of dental treatment as all of the highly qualified dentists put you at ease and make it as comfortable as possible. All this plus the added bonus of being in such a beautiful country with so much to see and do.

We had our first visit to Krakow and ComplexMedica and dental travel agency in May 2008 after being with the UK dentist for 20 years. I had experienced very poor treatment in England mainly due to negligence of my dentist. My husband and I went to ComplexMedica and were examined (free of charge) and given a plan of treatment and timescale. The level of service we were given was excellent and the following points were important to us.
- Free examination with no obligations on our part to have any work done
- Immediately referred for CT scan (done within the hour) no loads of paperwork or weeks to wait
- Plan of treatment given to us with full estimate of costs for us to take away with us, this is including teeth implants and 14 crowns (my case is involving 3 visits) - but Krakow is a lovely city to visit with plenty of excursions so the treatment can be done whilst on holiday.
- Lower cost than UK
- Expert and professional work carried out by Dentists and staff (everything was explained to us in detail before any work was carried out)
- Someone to meet you at the airport and take you back for your flight home
- Free accommodation
- My husband was invited to be with me both during consultation and treatment.
We are due to return in November to have teeth implants fitted and yes I can honestly say that we are looking forward to going to the dentist !!!! Such is the confidence that Dr Stefan & Dr Krzysztof and his team have given us in the work, care and kindness shown to us in our previous two visits. I am actually smiling again with the improvements to my teeth.

Both my daughter and I have attended and received treatment at the ComplexMedica and dental travel agency. The treatment we both received was excellent, the price was very reasonable and we would not have received such professional/modern treatment in the UK. I have already recommended the clinic to friends, family and work mates. The staff were excellent, friendly and very courtiouse and their communication skills are second to none. I know my daughter is returning for further treatment and has informed me she will only have any major treatment completed at this clinic and not in the UK, I will also return if I require further treatment. I have just returned from my second visit to Krakow after completing the restoration of my teeth. I had just seventeen teeth of my own with many gaps including one of my front teeth after an old crown broke down. I now have twenty eight teeth, a balanced jaw and I can smile without again with new bridges. The consultation process that allowed me to make up my mind what to do was professional, in good English and quite transparent. I never felt that the advice given had anything in mind other than my dental health. The surgery is equipped to hospital standards, staffed by highly qualified specialists and nurses and every procedure is completed with the greatest attention to detail by friendly people. The trip was easy to arrange and the city is full of history, fascinating and lively with good cafes and restaurants. The local trains can take you all over Southern Poland, or arrangements can be made for you by the agency. English is spoken everywhere and tourists are offered information written in their own language everywhere they go.

As this was our first trip to Krakow it was great to be met at the airport and brought to our apartment by taxi. The following morning we were brought to the dental clinic. We were both very nervous but all of the staff were so friendly and pleasant that we both began to relax. We were very impressed with the level of expertise by each of the various dentists and the equipment they use is second to none. We will highly recommend the clinic to all of our family and friends and will certainly return for future check-ups.

I was satisfied with the treatment I received, my contact person and the staff at the clinic very friendly. The clinic was professionally equipped and my general impression is very good (8 in scale from 1-10), however I'd have liked the dentist to explain me more about what she was doing at each stage of the treatment, not that I had to ask by myself. Other thing is, that I expected the treatments in Poland to be cheaper than in Germany (about 25 % cheaper and I saved only 10%), because if I hadn't been gone there anyway for Christmas the whole undertaking would not have been worth it for this price.
